The main living room,can be enclosed or bifoldable doors allow for an open living environment. If your choice is for the living room to be fully enclosed two Airconditioners and a central ceiling fan guarantee guest comfort.
The room is very spacious with large divan couches, and a beautiful polished marble floor.
Fully Equipped
The room is equipped with a 60inch Smart TV with international TV-channels and you can stream your own music or video content from your own devices from the living and cinema room using Cam cast.
A 5.1 Surround system driven by Denon will enhance the listening experience.
External living areas include a 9 metre adult pool and a separate childrens wading pool with attached Jacuzzi. Pool security fencing is available ,(some additional charges apply)
Outdoor Areas
A Bali Vale with cushions and 4 Sun lounges border the main Pool. The extensive deck contains an outdoor table that seats 8, complimented with a gas BBQ for those who enjoy outdoor living and cooking. The latter is covered by an attractive Pergola.
Infinity outrigger speakers in the pool area provide quality sound should you wish to listen to music or stream your favourite tunes.
